Who would have thought that my first sales book ever, Heart and Sell would lead to a starring role in a documentary film? The Story of Sales, funded by Salesforce, tells the story of sales as a glorious profession.

Thank you to Will Spendlove who introduced me to Salesforce and to Jim Hopkins, film director, for emailing me about the opportunity and sending out your fabulous film crew to Park City Utah!

I’m grateful, humbled and honored to be featured as a leading sales expert along with many of my mentors and thought leaders such as Jill Konrath, Neil Rachman, Brett Adamson, Mark Roberge, Mario Martinez Jr., Tiffany Bova and Ashley Welch.

I am thankful to the companies and individuals, (too many to name), who sponsored and or contributed to my Heart and Sell book tour that ultimately led to this engagement. You believed in me and got me to this day: especially, Wyndham, Oracle, Adobe, Women’s SalesPros, Pacific Hotel Group, RCI, and National Homebuilders Association.

The film premiered last week at Dreamforce to a limited number of VIP guests. I will let you know when the film is released to the general public. Until then, please see this interview with Jill Konrath and Mario Martinez taken directly after the Sneak Peek Premiere!

Finally, I’d like to acknowledge the thousands of hard-working sales professionals and sales leaders who find value in our training. You put your all into every client interaction, and you do make a difference. You take rejection, pull yourself up, and give everyone your heart and soul.
Above all, thanks to you.
