In my interview a few weeks ago with Quotable, the Salesforce podcast, I was asked questions such as:

  • Will Artificial Intelligence stomp out the need for salespeople?
  • What’s the difference between coaching and training and why does it matter in increasing employee engagement?
  • In a world where we’re selling change more than products, what’s more, critical competency or empathy?

I’ll answer these questions, have a little fun with my host, Kevin Micalizzi and share a VERY personal story that I’ve never before revealed in a public forum.
